inWORK

This is Strongoo’s signature class. It is a 60 minute nervous system balancing experience that blends self myofascial release, breathwork, dynamic mobility, strength training and meditation. It is designed to help you move better, recover faster, and reconnect with your body. Think restoration and strength working together. Progress without pressure.


cardioCRAFT

This class combines steady state cardio with intentional strength and core work. Each session includes a sustained aerobic effort using tools like rowers, bikes, or carries, paired with one focused strength movement and one core movement. The goal is to build endurance, strength, and resilience in a sustainable way. It could be challenging but very approachable.


upLIFT

This is our strength focused class. We work on progressive resistance training using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and functional movement patterns. The emphasis is on proper mechanics, building muscle, improving bone density, and gaining confidence in your lifts. Strong foundations and sustainable strength are the focus.


womanSTRONG

Designed specifically for women, this class focuses on building lean muscle, supporting metabolic and hormonal health, improving core and pelvic stability, and creating a strong sense of community. It blends strength training and supportive coaching in an empowering environment.
