Fitness
Nolan Zinowicz
I specialize in strength and conditioning. Whether in personal training or group settings, I help people to realize their potential. I believe that making lifestyle changes (like addressing your nutrition and exercise) while not replacing your doctor, limits your need for one and is critical for your longevity. I am here to help you take charge of your health and put you back in the driver seat.

Therapeutic Movement & Recovery
Carla Thomas Physical Therapy- St. Charles, IL
In 2003, I graduated with a Masters degree from Ohio University School of Physical Therapy. Since that time I have worked with a wide variety of clients and continued to build my knowledge and skills in treatment options for those with sports and occupational injuries and orthopedic and neurological impairments. My eclectic approach to physical therapy takes into consideration that we are all multi-system, complex beings that need a truly customized plan of care in order to reach our full potential.
Some things I love: Learning new things and meeting new people, dogs, Crossfit, and naps.
When I’m not treating my patients, you can find me trying to raise two boys into kind and respectful men.
Some of my favorite activities are sitting on the couch with my husband (doesn’t happen much), hanging with friends and fam, and taking my dogs for a walk and enjoying nature.
MY PROMISE
I commit completely to designing the comprehensive therapy plan that you need to reach your goals, whether that be setting a PR for an Olympic lift or being able to walk to your mailbox without pain, improving your mile pace or muting the ache that won’t let you sleep at night. I will use my extensive and eclectic experience to find a solution to your problems. I strive for honest customer service, with on-going, open communication in order to provide you with the best care possible; and if that care is beyond my skill set, I will refer you on to the right person.
Dr. Grace Hach
Dr. Grace Hach is a dedicated chiropractic physician with a passion for helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience and quality of life through integrative, evidence-informed care. She has been with Invictus Health and Recovery since its opening in 2020 and specializes in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)—a functional, movement-based approach that addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction by retraining the nervous system and optimizing motor control.
A graduate of National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Hach blends traditional chiropractic techniques with modern rehabilitative and acupuncture strategies to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic back and neck pain, sports injuries, migraines and movement disorders. Each treatment plan is personalized to the individual, with an emphasis on restoring natural movement patterns and preventing future injury.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hach enjoys doing Crossfit and hanging out with her dog Gizmo and is passionate about promoting sustainable, movement-based health in everyday life.
Dr. Jon Rinn
After experiencing a serious injury and ineffective traditional treatments, I discovered the transformative power of chiropractic care—which inspired me to shift from a business major to earning my Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Guided by my father, also a chiropractor, I developed a deep commitment to helping others unlock their body’s innate healing potential. Today, I work with a wide range of patients, tailoring care to support function and wellness. Outside the clinic, I enjoy an active life with my wife (also a chiropractor), our three boys, and our CrossFit community. I believe in chiropractic as a lifestyle and continually educate myself and my patients to support long-term health.

When Crystal began her yoga practice, it became clear this style of physicality aligned with her personal goals. It was the only practice which made her feel better physically and mentally. Andrew Krause | E-RYT 500 | Power Moves Yoga
Andrew's experience of yoga began when seeking to balance the intensity and competitiveness of martial arts training. He soon discovered that yoga was much more than he anticipated. Like many others, he began by seeking the physical benefits of the practice and soon found benefiting in other capacities of his life.
Andrew decided to dedicate his time and energy sharing yoga with others because the practices and philosophies in yoga inspired him to pursue more depth in self exploration, discipline, and new physical pathways. Sue Plote
A lifelong resident of DeKalb County, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Individual Development and a Master of Science in Applied Family and Child Studies, emphasizing Marriage and Family Therapy, at Northern Illinois University (NIU). I spent 20+ years working in the area in my field, with a primary focus on parent and family life education, child abuse response and prevention and families in the foster system. During that time I founded the Children’s Advocacy Center of DeKalb County, taught as part-time adjunct faculty at NIU and worked in administration prior to retiring several years ago. Since then, I served as the community member on NIU’s Institutional Review Board, and most recently I held a long time position on the DeKalb County Community Mental Health Board. Five years ago I turned my attention to improving my health, and I have been inspired to support others on their own journey of wellness. I am currently a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-OL1), CrossFit Kids Trainer and Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT), and I have earned CrossFit Coaching the Aging Athlete and Nutrition 1 Certificates. I am incredibly excited to be a part of the Strongoo community!
