Santiago Cardenas

I am an Army veteran that served in the Army from 1998 to 2013 with 3 deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq as an Infantryman. In my youth I had a passion for Boxing and long-distance running. I competed in several events before and during my time in the Army, including 2 ultramarathons and about a dozen marathons. Now, I move at a much lower pace after several injuries and the wear and tear that the infantry offers.

I received a bachelor's degree from DeVry University in accounting. I have worked as an accountant in the farming and wine industry.

Married to my wife Patty for over 25 years, with two teenagers Tristan and Trinity and two young adults Adrian and Julio.

I cannot leave out my companions 2 Huskies a Terrier mix and 1 Turtle.
