About the Mirror Map

What it does. How it works. Why it works.

  • The Mirror Map takes a snapshot of your week — not the week you wish you had, but the one you're actually living. It asks you what your mornings, workdays, evenings, and sleep usually leave you with. It asks how your body is. How your mind is. How close you feel — to yourself, to others, to anything bigger.

    Then it maps the answers back to you.

    You see a number — your Energy % — that tells you how your week is balancing out. You see which quadrant (Drive, Drain, Flow, or Restore) is doing most of the work in your week. You see what tends to show up in your body and inner life when a week looks like yours. And you see one practice for the week — something small, specific, and yours.

    You don't get an answer. You get a Map. The answer is yours to walk toward.

  • The Mirror Map is built on the Energy Allocation Model — a four-quadrant framework that splits every hour of your week by body activation and mind activation.


    • Mentally active + physically active → Drive

    • Mentally active + physically inactive → Drain

    • Mentally inactive + physically active → Flow

    • Mentally inactive + physically inactive → Restore


    Each hour of your week lives in one of these four. The math weights each hour by what it does to your system — Restore replenishes fully, Flow restores partly because it's effortless engagement, Drive costs but produces, Drain costs without producing.


    The Mirror Map walks you through a typical week, applies the math, and places you in one of five tiers — from most depleted to most over-recovered. You'll see where you land, and you'll see what often shows up in a week shaped like yours.

  • Most assessments tell you what's wrong with you. The Mirror Map doesn't. It tells you what shape your week is making, which is a different conversation.


    The body works on weeks, not days. A bad Tuesday is just a Tuesday. A bad month is the body trying to tell you something. The Map gives you a way to listen to the month.
